At Olivers Woodturning we like to keep things simple and fair so we have a no quibble returns policy.

If you buy something from us and decide you don’t want it you can return it – we will accept your returned purchase so long as it hasn’t been used and still has all the packaging intact. Returned items that do not need these criteria may not be refunded. We advise that you use an insured/tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If you buy something and it’s faulty, let us know within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

It’s that simple.
