French Polish

French Polish from Chestnut Products is intended to give a high gloss, amber finish as found on fine furniture.

• Contains a high level of Shellac for a quality finish.
• For best results use French polishing techniques. Slow to apply but the results are stunning. 
• Dries within 5 minutes under normal conditions.
• Pre sealer should be a Shellac Sealer, if required.
• A final layer of WoodWax 22 will give even better results as well as a protective coat.
• 1 ltr of this French Polish can cover up to 8m².
• Use Methylated Spirit Thinners for cleaning equipment after use.
• Highly flammable.
• Not recommended for items in heavy use because this polish is not hard wearing.
