End Seal

End Seal only has a use with wet wood. It slows the drying process and stops splitting. Do not apply to the whole piece of wood. Only apply to the smallest surfaces (usually the end grain). Apply with a brush or dip the surface for total coverage. Takes around an hour to dry but can take more if a thick layer is applied.

Only coating the smallest surface forces any moisture to leave the wood via the larger surfaces. This slows drying time but reduces the chances of cracking.
