Gilt Cream

Chestnut Products Gilt Cream highlights and enhances your work by applying a metallic effect to the grain. Use heavily to correct damage to gilding or lightly for subtle effects.

Gilt creams produce the effect of gold leaf foils. The density of the effect is controlled by thinning. Remove with oil.

The gilt cream is very easy to apply. You can apply by brush or finger tip to give the effect that you require. Then just wash your brush or hands in hot soapy water to clean.
