Liming Wax

Apply Liming Wax to an open grain wood such as ash or oak, using a wire brush to open the wood grain for an easy to achieve “limed” look. Deposits bright white highlights into the wood grain. For a more dramatic look use a brush to open up the wood grain prior to application. Why not colour the work before applying Liming Wax for extra special effects.

• Apply a small amount with a cloth and remove any excess. Allow around 20 minutes to dry.
• Apply after a Spirit Stain and you can apply a finishing layer of WoodWax22 or Finishing Oil.
