Delivery (Zone 1 – Mainland UK)

• Click & Collect is now available. Place your order with this option and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. You’ll need to be able to get to us to use this option.
• Orders over £100.00 (£83.33+VAT) are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.*
• Standard Shipping – Orders below £100.00 (£83.33+VAT) at £8.34 (£6.95+VAT).*
• Next Day Shipping option is available at £11.40 (£9.50+VAT)*. Please note orders placed after 1pm may not ship same day due to courier pick up times. This is not a guaranteed service, we are dependent on DPD or UPS. 99% of parcels are delivered on time.
• Saturday deliveries are now possible. These are charged at £14.70 (£12.25+VAT)*. Please do not place an order late on a Friday for Saturday delivery. This is not a guaranteed service, we are dependent on DPD. 99% of parcels are delivered on time.

Standard Shipping orders should be delivered 1 to 2 days after dispatch. We can arrange delivery to all other areas and timed deliveries if required,  please contact us for price before placing order. *Zone 1 only.

Courier charges to these areas of the UK are higher than the rest of the UK but we can send up to 30kg of goods for the price the website quotes. For smaller orders please email us or phone and we may be able to work out a lower charge by using Royal Mail. Please note that we CANNOT send liquids or waxes on Royal Mail as these are hazardous goods.

This applies to remote parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and all non mainland UK locations, these are known as Zone 2. We cannot offer free shipping to these areas due to surcharges applied by our couriers. If you wish to ask about shipping to these locations please phone us on 01233 613992. Please note that deliveries to these areas may be on a 48 hour service. This is imposed by the courier. When you select a product you will be presented with a list of carriage charges for that item.

Delivery (Europe)

July 2021 Update: European shipping is available once again, however there is currently a minimum order value of £150.00.

ROI Customers: Please do not order wood blanks for delivery to the Republic of Ireland, the couriers will not accept them.

Delivery charges to European countries will vary depending upon location, the cost will be shown during checkout. Please note that large or heavy orders may exceed our allowable size/weight limits with the courier. In these circumstances we will contact you with your available options.

Note that since the UK left the EU we no longer charge 20% VAT but there will be Duty payable once the parcel reaches it’s destination country.
